The Challenge

A well-established deemed university operating a 120-acre residential campus was managing its facilities through a loose collection of disconnected teams. Housekeeping, landscaping, and building upkeep each reported to a different supervisor, with no shared schedule, no common standard, and no single view of what was — or was not — getting done.
